The TUBE model packaging machine is a machine with alternating movement that shapes, fills and seals stickpacks. These stickpacks can be tubular, called "sticks", or pyramidal, called "tetrahedrons". The machine body is made of anodized aluminium and stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The good quality of the materials used and the overhanging welding zone allow easy cleaning and high versatility in case of disassembly. The machines are equipped with PLC and control display to constantly monitor the dispensing parameters and make the transformation process from stick to tetrahedron quick and easy.
Dispenser: volumetric, adjustable.
Products to be packaged: flowing powders and granular.
Depending on the width of the stickpack, the machine is produced with 2 to 20 lines.
